It won't. We quote flat, not hourly, so slow elevators and traffic are our problem. If something genuinely changes the scope, we tell you the number before we keep going — never at the end.

You get an arrival window and a text when we're rolling. If we're ever running behind, you hear it from us first, not from an empty driveway.
“I don't have time for a sales call and a walkthrough.”
You don't need one. Send a few photos or a quick list, and we'll price it from that. Most quotes go out in about 15 minutes during business hours.

Same-week slots are normal for us. Month-end and first weekends fill 2–3 weeks out, so if your date is tight, grab it now and we'll confirm today.

- How fast will I hear back?
- About 15 minutes during business hours. Nights and early mornings, first thing the next day.
- Do I need to be there the whole time?
- Ideally at the start and end. In between, we're fine working while you handle your day — a lot of clients take calls from the other room.
- What if my building needs a certificate of insurance?
- Send us the management contact and we'll issue the COI the same day, free.
