We've genuinely seen it all, and we don't comment on it. Basements after twenty years, a parent's house after a loss, a garage nobody's opened since 2019 — it's just work to us, and we keep it that way.
“They'll look at the pile and raise the price.”
The price is set by load size and confirmed before anything moves. If the pile is bigger than the photos showed, you get the new number and the choice — nothing loads until you say yes.
“Where does it all actually end up?”
Anything usable goes to donation when there's a taker nearby. The rest goes to a proper transfer station — not a curb, not a back lot.
“I need this done before a closing or a move-out date.”
Tell us the deadline when you reach out. Same-week is standard, and we'll tell you straight if your date is tight instead of promising and scrambling.

- How is junk removal priced?
- By how much of the truck you fill: $175 for a quarter, $295 for a half, $425 for three-quarters, $575 for a full truck. Confirmed before we load — no weight charges.
- Do I have to move anything to the curb first?
- No. Carrying it out is the job. Basements, attics, upper floors — leave it exactly where it is.
- Can you handle a full estate or a whole-house cleanout?
- Yes. We'll walk it with you (or from photos), separate keep, donate, and haul, and schedule as many loads as it takes. These are often emotional jobs and we treat them that way.
- Is there anything you can't take?
- Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos — need a specialty handler. Tell us in advance and we'll point you to the right place for those and take everything else.
