The honest part
What's actually going through your head.
“What happens if something gets damaged?”
We're fully licensed and insured, and we'll walk you through exactly what's covered before the job — not after. We document condition on high-value pieces at pickup.
“Who's actually showing up at my house?”
A small, vetted crew — not day labor pulled from an app. You get names before the job, and Rapha, the founder, runs or oversees the higher-value ones himself.
“Can you actually handle a piano or a marble top?”
Yes, with the right dollies, boards, straps, and crew size. If a piece needs specialty rigging beyond what we do, we'll say so up front instead of improvising on your stairs.
“I don't want strangers wandering my home.”
Quote from photos if you'd prefer no pre-visit. On move day the crew stays on the path we agreed, works clean, and leaves the space swept.

Quick answers
Common questions.
- Do you move pianos, safes, and antiques?
- Yes. Upright and baby grand pianos, gun safes, armoires, marble, and framed art are regular work for us. Heavy or specialty items are priced on top of the base rate and always quoted before the day.
- Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
- Fully licensed and insured. Send your building or HOA's requirements and we'll issue the certificate the same day at no charge.
- How do you quote a high-value move?
- Photos or a short video of the pieces and the access — stairs, elevators, driveway. That gives us crew size, equipment, and time, which is what the flat price is built from.
- Can you help with an estate or downsizing move?
- Yes — moving what's kept, delivering what's donated, and hauling away the rest, all on one coordinated day. We do these often and we do them quietly.
