These are the things we owe you on every job, and what happens if we miss.
The price you approve is the price you pay
Your flat quote is written down before we lift a box. If we misjudge the job, we eat the difference instead of renegotiating with you in a hallway.
On time, or $50 comes off your bill
We arrive inside your window ready to work. If we're more than 30 minutes late and haven't called you first, $50 comes off the total. You don't have to ask.
Insured and building-ready
Our crews are fully insured and we issue your building's certificate of insurance the same day, free, so paperwork never pushes your date.
If something breaks, we sort it out in writing
Everything gets padded and wrapped. If something gets damaged, file a claim in your portal with photos and we'll resolve it with you in writing.
