Comes off your final bill. Refunded in full if we cancel; not refunded if you cancel
We're a small, owner-operated crew rather than a national van line. That's the whole point of how we work — you deal with the person who shows up. It also means our review count is smaller than a twenty-year-old franchise's, so we'd rather show you the paperwork than ask you to take our word for it.

Released-value protection applies by default on local moves. If you need a higher valuation for a specific item, tell us before move day and we'll confirm in writing what's covered.
Our deposit policy, in one paragraph
Good advice about movers always says the same thing: never pay a large sum up front. We agree. Holding your date costs a flat $100 — not a percentage, not half the job. It comes off your final bill, and if we cancel on you, you get it back. The balance is due after the work is done and you've looked around.
Your price is a flat rate confirmed in writing before we start, so there's no hourly clock and no surprise line items at the end.
