How is a long-haul move priced?
A written quote covering our packing and loading plus the partner carrier's haul. You see the full number before booking.
Who drives my things out of state?
A licensed interstate partner carrier. We pack and load here in the DMV, and the partner carrier handles the haul across state lines. We share their USDOT number before you book so you can check it on FMCSA SAFER.
Do you handle multi-day moves?
We do. For longer hauls we plan overnight holds and per-diem into the quote up front, so the timeline and price are clear before move day.
Can you coordinate a DC or high-rise departure?
Yes. We plan the loading zone, building move window, freight elevator, and required COI before departure. For DC addresses, we also flag when reserved curb space or temporary No-Parking signs may be needed.
What can change my long-distance flat quote?
The written price holds for the inventory, addresses, access, and dates quoted. Added items, an extra stop, a changed destination, or access that differs from the walkthrough is priced in writing before the move changes.
