Can you get a couch up 3 flights of walk-up stairs?
Yes, walk-ups are routine. Send a photo of the couch (or measurements + doorway width) so we can confirm before dispatch.
Do you disassemble sectionals and sleeper sofas?
Sectionals separate at the seams and travel padded. Sleeper sofas move as one piece with the mechanism strapped so nothing shifts.
Does the flat quote include stairs and building access?
Yes, when you share those details before booking. Send the pickup and delivery floors, elevator rules, parking limits, and any COI requirement so the written price reflects the complete job.
