What it costs.

You get one flat price before we start — no hourly clock, no fuel fees, no upcharges. Only three things move the number, and you hear about all of them while we're quoting: how much there is, how hard it is to get to (stairs, walk-ups, long carries), and how far apart the stops are.

Our promise

What you can count on.

Every job comes with the same four promises, so you know what you're getting before we knock.

Nothing to negotiate on the day

You know the full price before we lift a box. If stairs or tight access affect the job, we flag it while quoting — never after we've started.

On time, or we make it right

We show up inside your window ready to work. On the rare day we run late, you hear it from us first — not from an empty driveway.

Licensed & insured

Fully insured crews, with same-day COIs at no charge when your building asks for one.

Careful with your stuff

We pad and wrap your things and treat your floors, neighbors, and elevator like they're our own.

FAQ

Small Office Moving questions, answered

Do you move after hours so we don't lose a workday?

Yes. Most small office moves happen Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday so your team logs off in the old suite and logs back in at the new one Monday morning. We hold weekend slots specifically for this.

Can you handle IT — monitors, servers, and workstation setup?

We disconnect, pad, transport, and reconnect displays, docks, and standard workstation gear. For server racks or complex network cutovers we coordinate with your IT lead or MSP — we lift and place, they configure.

How do you protect confidential files during the move?

Filing cabinets stay locked and sealed in transit, or we move contents in tamper-evident totes with your point-of-contact signing at pickup and drop-off. HIPAA, legal, and finance offices get an inventoried chain-of-custody log on request.

Do you provide Certificates of Insurance for both buildings?

Yes — same-day COIs for the origin and destination buildings at no extra charge, with additional-insured language most DC, Arlington, Bethesda, and Tysons buildings require.

How much does a small office move cost?

Most small office moves in the DMV run $800–$3,500 depending on workstation count, floors, elevator access, and after-hours timing. We give a flat quote after a 10-minute walkthrough (in-person or video) so there's no clock-watching on move day.
