How does pricing work?

You get a clear flat rate before the job, based on your service, crew size, and access. No hourly clock, no fuel fees, no upcharges — you know the exact number before we start.

What if the quote turns out to be wrong?

The flat rate is locked, so extra time is on us. If something genuinely changes the scope — double the boxes, a piece nobody mentioned — we give you the new number and the choice before we keep going. It never shows up for the first time on your final bill.

Can I book without ever getting on the phone?

Yes. Fill out the form or text us photos, we text back a flat price, you confirm the date. Plenty of our clients never speak to us out loud until move day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we issue certificates of insurance (COIs) the same day at no charge whenever your building needs one.

Do you handle pianos, antiques, and other high-value items?

Yes — pianos, safes, marble, armoires, and framed art are regular work for us, with the right dollies, boards, and crew size. Send photos and we'll tell you exactly how each piece gets handled and what it adds.

How far in advance should I book?

We have same-week slots most of the year. Month-end and the first weekend of each month fill 2 to 3 weeks out, so reach out early if your date is tight.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice and there's no fee. Just text us as early as you can so we can free up the slot.

Do I need to tip?

Tips are never expected. The crew appreciates one if you think they earned it, but there's no pressure either way.
