Why windows instead of exact times
Traffic across the Beltway and 14th Street Bridge, building elevator schedules, and the previous job all shift a start time by a few minutes. A window is an honest promise; a to-the-minute arrival usually isn't. You'll know the day before, and again when the crew leaves for you.
What makes a move run long
